This website is the professional site of Ayesha Sultan, arbitrator, mediator, executive leader and board director, based in the United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Ayesha Sultan as the controller of personal data collected through this site.
This policy is intended to reflect the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.

We only collect information that you choose to give us, or that your browser sends automatically when you visit.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
- Email and telephone: any details you include when you contact us directly.
- Insights subscription: your email address, if you sign up for new writing.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept by the hosting provider for security.
Please do not send confidential case documents or sensitive personal data through the website. For appointments, the details of a dispute are handled through the appropriate institution or engagement terms.
03How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries about arbitration, mediation, executive, advisory and board appointments.
- To carry out conflict checks before accepting an appointment.
- To send Insights updates, only if you have subscribed.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
